Microsoft Gaming: As one of the initial consulting psychologists on the Xbox system, I utilized personality profiling to help Microsoft Gaming better understand its target demographic. This data-driven approach enabled them to expand the reach of their marketing campaigns and engage a wider audience.
For over ten years, I helped design and develop VMware's leadership development program, Genius Maker, a cornerstone of its leadership curriculum. This program fosters essential leadership skills like communication, strategic thinking, and team building.
